OpX360 is a free online assessment tool designed to help nonprofits evaluate and improve their operational competence. This module is based on accepted best practices and proven industry standards to help you determine your nonprofit's competence levels in the area of Governance, Legal & Risk Management, understand why it’s important, and learn how you can make improvements.

In minutes, you can know your operational competence levels and what you need to do next.

“Over a week, our leadership went through process improvement training. However, the beauty of OpX360 is that it requires no training and, in less than an hour, you have a clear understanding of what practices need improvement and a plan on how to do that.”

- Bruce Johnson, Nonprofit President and Leadership Advisor
